WELCOME

Welcome - this web site is targeted at a wide range of possible users who are interested in technical assistance provided to Moldova by international donors.

Please use the navigation bar on the left hand side of the screen to navigate your way to the part of the web site that is of interest to you. Most of the headings are self explanatory, but the following comments may be useful:

• About us - this explains who we are and what we set out to do;
• NCU News - this is where we put out information of what is happening, such as new projects starting up; new programmes becoming available
• Information on Technical Assistance - this includes links to the Annual Reports on Technical Assistance to the Government for the past three years, with information on the activities of the individual donors, and on the work which is done in each sector.
• Development partners - this includes links to all donor organisations/countries providing assistance to Moldova, contains donor strategies, agreements and on-going projects.
• EC Assistance and Programming - This contains a wealth of information on the TACIS programmes, which will shortly be replaced by the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument. It also contains a link to Open Calls for Proposals.
• Project Databases - this contains three databases - The IDEA data base - a searchable data base with information on most donor projects that have been implemented in Moldova; a data base of all donors projects currently under implementation (only available in Romanian); and a data base of all EC funded projects currently under implementation.
• Administration Issues including a fiche for the registration of new projects, an on-line project proposal form, and information on EC guidelines on project reporting;
• Documentation Centre - containing publications on technical assistance, aid coordination and harmonisation and national strategic documents; and finally
• Links - to other Moldova web sites; other NCUs and to donors' websites.
